MEMBERSHIP PORTAL
You'll have instant access to the membership community portal with discussion prompts, challenges, discussions, and the ability join live broadcasts in the meeting room. It's basically a private "fb-like" group! You have access to the membership site on an app to participate on your phone, there is also a beautiful desktop version of the app available for you to use.
Each month you get detailed explanations for each gate that is activated. You'll get an email when each gate is activated throughout the month so that you know when new content is available. You'll see how that gate will affect you so you can be prepared, with a sort of road map to guide you through each activation.
You'll receive instructions for a morning ritual with a kundalini kriya {a set of prescribed movements that include movement, mantra, mudras + breathwork} that will help you process + harness the energy of the current month. It will be easy to adapt to any level, from beginner to advanced. Do this morning ritual daily to prepare you for each day's energy. You have the ability to decide how long to make your practice, we recommend at least 11 minutes a day.
GROUP SESSIONS
This is a safe place for everyone.
THE VIRTUAL TEMPLE: a membership group portal that lives on my website w/ a live session room like zoom, along with challenges + community projects.
We meet in the virtual temple on my website once a month
Each group session will include:
- a discussion of the energy of the gates that are activated that month
- a kundalini kriya to activate your energy + magnify your radiance
- hypnotherapy + EFT/TFT/EMDR to clear any limiting beliefs or energy blocks
- an opportunity to request coaching on anything that is coming up for you
Before each group session, you’ll have access to the workbook, workshops + all of that month's curated content. There are journal prompts in the workbook to help your thoughts flow. Then when you come to the temple, you’ll be ready to share what's coming up for you.
Most participants find it powerful to not only share with the group, but to also hear how everyone is showing up for themselves. We are all mirrors for each other as we heal!
WORKBOOKS
Each month you will have access to a digital {and printable} workbook that contains
- a human design 101 info section to learn more about human design
- a calendar with the dates of each gate activation
- information on each gate that is activated that month
- journal prompts for each gate
