Each of the four weekly sessions will move you through the energy that is behind the issues that hold you back from moving forward in your life.
in our first call together, we will look at your human design to chart to identify the issues and limiting beliefs that you are most likely unable to witness for yourself due to the blind spots we all have within us.
We’ll also do some investigative exercises to go deeper into uncovering what’s coming up for healing at this time.
We will discuss the correlation of these issues to the body’s energy system via TCM five element theory and Ayurvedic medicine.
We will discuss our treatment plan and the expectations of our work together. You’ll have an outline of what you need to do after our sessions to continue the healing process.
then in the following sessions, we’ll do hypnotherapy to get you into a brain state that helps to quiet the critical mind. This part of our brain protects us in dangerous situations, yet it also holds us back from being able to easily change bad habits that hold us back. We like to call this rewiring the brain, or creating new neural pathways. This helps you to stop using the old unhealthy pathways and switch to better ways of doing things.
We’ll do some EFT to bring the issues and emotions surrounding them to the surface and work on processing them.
one of the biggest pieces of the work is clearing the energy of the emotions that are stuck in the body, most likely creating fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues, headaches and other physical manifestations.
we’ll use EFT and other vibrational modalities like kundalini yoga, Jin shin do {a style of emotional acupressure} Elemental bodywork, sound healing, and more to further clear the tissues of any residue left behind in the body.
then, we’ll use EMDR and hypnosis to install healthier new ideas, habits and ways of doing things, to cement in the work that we’ve done together.
