Can’t wait for yoga on the deck with this bad ass later this week.

Ya know, when she was a baby, I’d let her play on my mat while I did as much yoga as I could before she got hungry. Never bored, this kid would sing constantly to amuse herself while I practiced my flows. Then as she grew into a toddler, she’d do “noe yoga” (that’s what she called certain poses) on a mat next to me, then occasionally she’d join me on my mat through high school… It never really occurred to me that one day she would be an adult that liked to do yoga too. Its so wild + you’re too in the moment when your kids are little to try to imagine them as adults very often. I just wanted my kids to be artistic + kind individuals.

It’s so fun when your kids grow up to be your best friends. I’m really blessed.

I’m so glad that I manifested a situation that allows me to go do yoga on her deck with her whenever I want 🧲 attracting even more opportunities to be down there in San Diego. I really love the vibe there. ⚡️ seeing this for myself ⚡️
