My fave tools for the liminal space

Sometimes when we’re in a big growth spurt there’s these weird little pauses

And it feels awful when you’re in one 

We feel stuck because we’re not where we were and we’re definitely not where we’re going

It’s called the liminal space. And it’s very uncomfortable 

It can be even more uncomfortable if we don’t know where we’re headed!

This is when we need our self care practices the most

So if you’re there, here’s some tools you can use to get through it

  2. Kundalini yoga - check out my IG posts to find a short kriya to help you shift your energy
  3. EFT aka tapping or emotional acupressure - I recently posted a short intro to EFT in my IG highlights, go check it out to learn more
  4. Soundbaths + vibrational medicine - join me for a soundbath meditation, I have a few on my IG feed + I host in person sessions every month.
  5. Hypnotherapy - I have a few meditations on my youtube channel if you want to try this amazing modality.

I use these tools to help myself go within + recharge so that I can be available for new info to come in. That way I know what I need to do next + I have the energy I will need to take inspired action!
