Rituals keep us aware of the magic

I love to create an atmosphere of reverence… of inspiration, beauty, sacredness that hits deeply

When you join me for a ritual, a session or a workshop, I take the time to create this sacred portal we will enter together

You will feel the energy as you approach the temple

Your vibe will soar

You’ll notice your body alerting you to the fact that it is on consecrated ground

Your higher self feels closer than ever

Your intuition is heightened

You may start to get information very quickly upon entering the temple

Remember to breathe, consciously slow down your breath to assist your body into releasing relaxing hormones to help you further relax into the present moment

I love to use hypnosis (basically I’m just putting you into a supportive brain state to become more open to new ideas, other possibilities…) to prepare you for the work we do together.

Whatever modality or medicine we utilize in our sessions together, being in a receptive state is best
