dude! my kid is 26 today. this is so weird. it seems like yesterday. a blink of an eye.
I had been in labor for 36 hours 26 years ago today.
Not gonna lie it was extremely intense. I didn't take any drugs... We were at home. But you know, our body makes it's own drugs in labor if you let it. And they are pretty good. I can remember turning into a lioness at one point, and then it seemed like every powerful female on Earth held me up.
It was MAGIC + then Hashanna Jasmine came into my world + changed EVERYTHING.
I swear she's a shaman. She made me so aware. I became obsessed with eating as healthy as I could. I started to become even more aware of being a conscious human being on Earth.
I fed her food I grew. I traveled with her. She loved it!
I took her everywhere: to the desert, ocean, mountain tops, creeks, forests... she intensified my love of nature.
She helped me to birth my feminine power.
+ omg she's such a beautiful + sweet + AMAZING woman!
Happy Birthday Hashanna Jasmine I love you + will always remember you like you are in the 1st pic, taken the summer of your first birthday in 1997 up on Mik's land in Northern California.
-we woke up that morning + found her outside with the dogs, eating berries that she had collected by herself.
