I’m in the camp of crowding out old patterns by starting new things that feel better. But I also have a defined will center in human design. I am able to start new things fairly easy {as long as my sacral tells me it’s exciting to do so} and that helps me. I’m curious if your will center is defined or not… I’ve noticed big shifts in my clients with an undefined will center after they do the homework I give them.
