I’m enjoying this gorgeous Sunday. Gonna lay in the sun. Spend some time outside if you can.

The shifts are so intense you may feel dizzy like I do. Kinda overwhelmed by it tbh so I’m just relaxing til it passes.

I wrote this affirmation to myself this morning after my meditation + thought you might like it too

Say it aloud. Like loud.

THE UNIVERSE IS CONSPIRING FOR MY GREATNESS.

EVEN THO I MIGHT NOT SEE IT NOW, EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING FOR ME, RATHER THAN TO ME, SO I TRUST THE REDIRECTION IN REJECTION.

I HAVE FAITH THAT I’M BEING GUIDED TO PLEASURE, FULFILLMENT, SATISFACTION + JOY.

AND SO IT IS

Gonna give myself a soundbath

Crystal bowls + hand pan + singing bowls + chimes + tongue drums 😍

🔑And of course I’ll go on my daily walk at the beach

Drink a ton of water today too!
