I originally created this for myself seven years ago. I have shared versions of it in the past with my sacred service clients. I’ve been using a version of this workbook since 2015.
In early January, I started waking up thinking about this workbook. It started out very simple, and has grown over the years, as occasionally I’d get an idea for a new page + i would them go in and create the new page.
This time, it kept popping up in my head but instead of a new page in my head, I’d see it in print. I’d be holding the book. It felt really real. So I knew it was gonna need to be manifested into the world fairly soon.
So the other day, I was talking to my kid @knowehlani and she was telling me how she’s trying to keep track of her rituals and the new things she’s doing in her life that feel so good but she needed somewhere to keep track of the changes she was trying to make in her life.
I think she said she was using a notebook of hers. I said omg that’s so funny I have this workbook that i can’t stop thinking about. Maybe you wanna use it?
She says yes.
ok, so I screen share it in indesign to show her what I have, and she’s like this is so cool! It’s a workbook to help you manifest changes in your life.
Me: oh yah I guess so, huh?
Her: well what if you add these pages + get rid of these it will be even better.
Me: π omg yes! {so glad she went to art school. I def benefit from her education, lol}
So I make the changes + get them edited. Looks amazing. I show her the changes and she has a few more amazing suggestions… so I redo the pages + the cover.
I sent the pages in last night for the first editors copy! I shall have this book in my hands next week!
I’m really excited about this cuz honestly, I want one for myself. I’ve been printing them out into booklets for 7 years haha it’s gonna be so nice to have it in a bound book. π
