Are you loving it too? I have felt like the past while I have been in a cave, devouring my sorrows, exposing my shadows, witnessing my downfall. Watching myself slowly crumble into dust.

But then something shifted. The sun returned, I was able to feel joy once again. I felt peaceful + hungry for new experiences. I had exhausted my desire for the regurgitation of the downloads I had received by extracting everything of use to me. I was ready to emerge from the darkness + return to the world.

Feeling so amazingly excited these past few days. Inspiring conversation with beautiful new people that have magically appeared in my life that have the most perfect info to share with me, gorgeous weather, walks in nature, powerful sessions with clients, deep connections with my beloved friends + family, a sacred knowing of myself that allowed my feminine + masculine energies to merge in perfect harmony, a renewed sense of creativity… feeling so blessed 💜 thank you universe, I am open to more please!
