SOOTHING MEDITATION
If you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed right now take some time to connect with nature. Notice how the earth feels below your feet, how the sky looks above you. How many shades of green can you find in the plants around you? What else do you notice? Reconnecting with your senses in nature allows you to ground yourself more fully in your body, which raises your vibration instantly. Open yourself up to receive the energy boost that this practice offers you anytime you feel depleted.
