In this episode I chat with one of my best friends, Renee Jayne.

Renee is a Board Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Somatic Life Coach, teacher and soon to be author.  Renee works with highly sensitive people seeking holistic and somatic healing to live their highest purpose.

Renee is known for helping people STOP trying to improve the symptoms of their issues {lose the weight, make more money, improve your relationships} and start to heal by first rewiring your nervous system.

Over the years, Renee has dedicated her life to helping people who are over working so hard (without lasting success) to make changes in their lives (be it around their body/health/relationships, financial circumstances, etc) to finally discover the system that transcends the level of the problem and gets to the root of any dysfunction.

Currently Renee is enrolling highly sensitive people into her program, The Somatic Freedom System, that helps them break free from life-long patterns of discontent.

Renee is so intuitive + is the best listener. She can sense what is under the surface of people's experiences to know exactly what they need to work though to find healing + lasting change.
