I have a new podcast episode to share with you!
In this episode, I chat with someone who inspires me daily!
Jen Berlingo joins me for a powerful conversation to share her wisdom. We go deep into her story + how she came to be a part of the spiritual community, inspiring women + empowering them to move through difficult transitions.
Jen Berlingo is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado, a Nationally Registered Art Therapist (ATR), a master-level Reiki practitioner, and she is professionally trained in Hakomi, a body-centered, mindfulness-oriented psychotherapy practice. Jen earned her master’s degree from Naropa University, a Buddhist-oriented school for experiential and contemplative education. For nearly twenty years, she has used transpersonal psychotherapy, art therapy, coaching, energy work, ceremony, and ritual to support adult women in becoming their most authentic, sovereign selves. Through her private practice, women’s circles, and online courses, Jen has midwifed hundreds of women through life’s major transitions as they rebirth and reparent themselves into more fully expressed, whole beings.
After guiding clients through cathartic midlife transitions, Jen experienced her own profoundly transformative passage in her early forties, where she risked her stable, beautiful marriage to emerge into the truth of her expanded sexuality. Through this lonely and turbulent journey, Jen became inspired to create a suite of offerings and write a book to accompany women needing fortitude when traversing this fiery midlife portal. Jen is passionate about inviting the often inconvenient human truth to come forward in service of alchemizing shame into self-compassion, creating genuine relationships, and summoning the courage to claim so much more.
In addition to her longstanding healing work, Jen has run a successful online shop since 2016, selling the oracle deck she created and self-published, the SoulSpace Oracle, and offering custom soul essence portraits, painting commissions, and art prints to collectors worldwide. She is visual artist who shows her fluid, abstract art locally in her beloved town of Boulder, Colorado.
